I used Avomech to construct a steel base for a hot tub. I found them to be good value for money, professional and reliable. Their attention to detail and quality of work was second to none. Avomech's work replacing the plate to the top of a steel staircase down to a basement flat in Bath was 1st class, both as to advising what needed doing, and the work itself, all for a good fair price.
They are a busy outfit though!

We needed a bespoke prop made for a TV show in double quick time - heavy engineering meets hastily scribbled plans on the back of an envelope! Rich expertly drilled down into the specifics and made a vision reality - from call to delivery in just 2 days! Great work, expert skills, fab communication and Avomech delivered above and beyond expectations, and within our impossible deadline!

A truly helpful company that will accommodate the craziest of demands without holding you to ransom! Capable of meeting the tightest of timelines and providing economic solutions to difficult situations. Structural steelwork is always difficult to manage but Richard/Avomech respond to site pressures in an exemplary manner. Thoroughly recommend them on every level!

I needed a relatively simple box making and Richard was very helpful in making it happen in a short space of time. Whilst I'm not a fabricator I can say that the box is really high quality and when I collected I found he had already painted it. No complaints from me!

I could not have had a more positive experience of purchasing fabricated steels from Avomech! I purchased 3 steel beams and a fabricated column to remove two walls and a chimney breast to open up my kitchen dinner into one large room with bifolds at the end. Rich went out of his way during a very difficult time (beginning of COVID-19 lockdown) to get the steels to me and he also very quickly helped us to modify one of the steels following building inspector requests. I can't thank him enough and would recommend Avomech to anyone looking to purchase steels or to have steels fabricated. I also found their pricing to be very competitive and just a generally pleasant purchasing experience.
